I have spent the last hour or so reading about your incredible journey and loved EVERY mintue of it!! Michelle, you MUST write a book or something...I haven't laughed this much in a long time!
To be honest, I can't tell you how much I needed this today. I recieved news this morning that our family of six will be leaving our 3500 square foot home after being here for six wonderful years. This house was my dream home, literally. I had planned on being here forever, however, due to the horrible state of the economy and the drastic cut in my husband's income over the last year and a half, we must leave....after a box of kleenx was emptied my husband and I decided to tour one of the apartment complexes in our very small town. 1200 sq. ft??! What?! I could feel the claustrophobia setting in! The kitchen is the size of my bedroom closet... The living/dining area the size of my bedroom!!! My heart hung low as we left the tour and I wondered all day just how in the world we would make this work. And then God said....Here, let me show you something....so somehow from looking up "How to make the your small apartment seem larger..to seeing the smallest apartment in the world on youtube I stumbled onto "Six In The City!" WOW! Ok God, I get it!!

I really must thank you for taking the time to share your journey with everyone...you have really helped me realize that it IS possible to make this work!!

Of course, I won't have the spectacular view that you do, or the delicious belgian waffles outside my front door, BUT, Guess what??!!! Walmart is about 50 feet away!! (and you KNOW there are always VERY interesting people at walmart! haha)

Im seriously considering asking them if they could possibly bring some of their fruit outside and maybe invite one of those elephant ear vendor's from the fair to come!

I won't hold my breath, but you never know!

I pray nothing but wonderful blessings and exciting new experiences for you and your family!

Hugs from Indiana :o)
